"Turtle Lake " Bloomfield Hills, construction entrance and exit gate system. These pair are a single swing designed to look like a double swing gate system. Operated by OSCO Model VS-GSWG. These gates with the varible speed option move at a soft start, fast run, soft stop at a rate of 4' 3" per second, 6 seconds per cycle to open and close. Look closer, the gates are mounted to the boulders!

Loon Harbor (Fenton, MI)

Double set of Master/Slave gate operators (shown above), Osco Model MSG-D 221. These gates are configured to stay open during the day and have a timer to close at night for limited access control by the homeowners. Entry gate system fully automatic (above right). Exit gate (shown right) is also fully automatic for free exit. This system operates off a Cartel exit probe buried in the sod next to the curb, without the use of an exit loop cut in the black top which causes repairs in the future and false detection of a vehicle.
