The standard Hands-free, Handset, and SELECT LITE models are telephone access control units that automatically dial pre-programmed telephone numbers. The SELECT LITE's combine the proven reliability of SES standard telephone units that have Lighted Weatherhood Directories included within the housing. The hooded light illuminates the entire front panel. SELECT LITE's are available in hands free or handset models and have been designed to withstand harsh environments.

The HF, SH and SELECT LITE's have full LED numerical display. Programming is done right on the keypad. You can program long distance numbers for off-premise calling. The optional MUI (multi-unit interface) allows multiple entry systems to share the same phone line. They can easily be mounted on pedestals or as surface mount installations. Whether the entrance to be controlled is in a lobby or at a drive up gate, the HF, SH and SELECT LITE's are reliable and cost efficient solutions to access control.

The HF, SH and SELECT LITE's have a unique additional voltage surge protection which makes SES the systems of choice for their dependability and years of carefree operation.

Optional Pedestal Mount

The HF, SH and SELECT LITE Hands Free works like this:

1. Visitor presses the asterisk (*) for dial tone, then dials the code number for the person they wish to visit. The SH- visitor lifts handset for dial tone, then dials the code number for the person they wish to visit. Resident names and code numbers are listed on the directory.
2. The unit quickly and silently dials the resident's pre-programmed telephone number.
3. The resident answers and establishes the identity of the visitor. To release the door lock (or gate device) the resident dials a ("6") on their telephone.
4. The visitor sees "door open" light and enters. The HF & SELECT LITE automatically hangup.
