The TEC
VISION is a TEC II Access
Control System with an extra large LCD Directory. The TEC VISION
displays black lettering on a white background using double supertwist
liquid crystal display technology. This very high image contrast
allows excellent viewing in most lighting conditions. An option
for the LCD display even allows viewing in direct sunlight.
TEC VISION
is easy to use. A push of a button begins page by page scrolling
in both directions. It has all the features of a TEC
II system with the added benefit of the most versatile display
in our business. Displays can be configured on site to satisfy even
the most unique applications. Users can select from three (3) different
letter sizes, one, two, or three columns, auto-scrolling, custom
title page, line spacing, and even an expanded name field (corporate
names up to 200 characters). Also available are TEC VISION
Handset and STAND-ALONE Directory configurations, and an A.D.A.
model.

Directory memory size limited to 2000 names.

- Locate the resident's name by scrolling up or down. Scrolling buttons are located directly under the screen.
- Visitor dials the code number of the person they wish to visit. Resident names and code numbers are listed in the TEC VISION Directory.
- The Hands Free model quickly and silently dials the resident's pre-programmed telephone number.
- The resident answers, and establishes the identity of the visitor. To release door lock, the resident dials a "6" on their phone. The visitor enters.
- The unit
automatically hangs up. To deny entry, the resident simply hangs
up their phone.
